The ingredients are simple and easy. With a busy mom like myself, the less ingredients the better. Especially if you can get the same results of a more intricate recipe.

How To Make The 2 minute Dirt Cake

•Place about 8-10 Oreos in a Ziploc bag and beat them like they stole something. Just kidding, place the Oreos in the Ziploc bag and you use a roller, spatula or a cup to crush the Oreos. I actually like mine a little more chunky for the first layer, but you can crush them the way you prefer.

•Next, place your desired amount of crushed Oreos at the bottom of the cup or container. Spread it out as chunky or flat as you like.

•Then place your pudding. I used vanilla as my pudding for the layers, but of course you can use whatever flavor you like.
Thats the beauty of using Pudding in a cup. There’s no mixing and wasting time. Just pick your favorite flavor and add to your dirt cake cup.

Then you can add your whip cream. I had 2 different types of whip cream, but for this one, I used the one in the can. I have to be honest and say I prefer the Cool Whip in the bowl. To me it holds up better and does get runny as fast.

•Now just continue to add your ingredients to build your layers. Keep in mind you probably would like for the whip cream to be on top as the last layer to get your desired aesthetic.

•Now that you have your desired layers then you can add your whip cream. Again, you can use either the can or the bowl. For me, the Cool Whip in the bowl stood better and longer when I made dirt cake for St. Patrick’s Day, but for the Easter dirt cake, the whip in the can melted pretty quickly. So if you serve these at a party for the kids you may want to keep this in mind.

•This is the fun part! Now you can add your edible Easter decorations on top. I decided to add a Peep Bunny, green sprinkles to represent grass and more crushed Oreos to represent the dirt for the dirt cake. What a cute little Easter dirt cake!

These Easter dirt cakes came out so cute! This was the second time my daughter and I tried to make this dirt cake. She liked them so much that she encouraged me to make them again.

It was cute and it was fun to do. This Easter dirt cake was really quick and delicious. We got to spend some time and she got a yummy snack in minutes. I will give this recipe a 10/10.

I would recommend this simple in quick Easter dirt cake recipe for an Easter or Spring party or Easter egg hunt. You can also use this recipe at a birthday party or school event and just change the toppings to fit the theme and holiday.

I promise you will not be disappointed! The kids will love these and so will the adults!
